"Calling all foodies!! Taste of Playa 2010 needs your help!"

 

Taste of Playa is a culinary event in Playa del Carmen that celebrates the creativity and cultural influences of the chefs throughout the Riviera Maya. The event is scheduled for November 21, 2010 in the Parque Fundadores from 3pm to 9 pm, just a few steps away from the ferry terminal. Proceeds from the event will go to a food education program initiated by the Rotary Club in Playa del Carmen that will directly benefit the children and families of the Riviera Maya.

 

 

 

 

We are looking for volunteers to help us out the day of the big event. We need help in various areas from setting up tents and tables, selling “Taste of Playa Pesos” to general event support before, during and after the festival. Volunteers will work in two shifts so you can enjoy the event as well and partake in the various food tastings. Other volunteer benefits include: free Taste of Playa t-shirt, some Playa pesos to spend and free entry.
