Jeanies new wafle House Restaurant

Jeanies wafle story :

jeanies wafle house logo I began back in 1987 (or was that 1887??), when a friend sent me a $20 dollar gift to congratulate me on the birth of my first child, Jazmin. I took the $20, bought flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla and some almonds, and began selling butter cookies from my home. To shorten a REALLY long story, that grew into selling pies and cakes to many friends and restaurants downtown, then evolved to my breakfast spot, Jeanie's Waffle House, in 1991. I've had several locations, the most successful being in the Hotel Vista del Mar, downtown. Since 2005, the year of Hurricane Wilma, I've been back in Oregon with a sick child, but we returned last fall to re-start our lives and the restaurant. We've received an incredibly warm 'welcome back' from our friends, and Cody, my son, is much better now.

My most recent project has been to open all day every day, with a complete menu of local food,
such as tacos, burritos, panuchos and salbutes, sopes, huaraches, tamales, etc., all at a competitive, economical price. I have a complete bar and air conditioning, and also poolside dining. And just like my breakfasts, everything is well-served, tons of condiments, in a nice, clean, comfortable family atmosphere.

Still on the horizon:
In-house desserts and homemade breads! Also, I would love to have everyone's input on whether they would appreciate a 24-hour spot (such as mine!)
